How Our Network Works

Who you talk to

There are two voices in this process, and they have different jobs. First, Marchcamp Pest Control listens and routes your request. We do not show up at your door. Second, an independent provider in our network contacts you, inspects the problem, and does the work. That provider is a separate business, and the quote and the service come from them.

What happens on the call

Picture a quiet evening. You hear something moving above the ceiling, and you decide to ask for help. Here is how it goes:

  • You explain what you saw, heard, or smelled.
  • You share where in the home it is, and roughly when it started.
  • You mention the type of home, such as a crawl space house, a craftsman, or a townhome.
  • The request is routed to a provider that handles that kind of pest or animal in your area.

There is no pressure to decide on the spot. Request a callback when you are ready, and ask about provider availability.

What to ask a provider

A short list of questions helps you compare options calmly:

  • Are you licensed for this work where I live, and can I see it?
  • What exactly did you find, and what is causing it?
  • What will the treatment or removal involve, and how long might it take?
  • Is the quote in writing, and what does it include?
  • Are there follow-up visits, and how are they handled?
  • Do I need to prepare the house, or keep pets and kids out for a while?
  • For wildlife, how will you keep animals out once they are gone?

Costs vary a lot by job, home, and pest. Always get a written quote before you agree to anything.

You are in control

Contacting Marchcamp Pest Control does not lock you into anything. You can ask questions, compare a quote, and take time to think. If a provider is not the right fit, you can say so and ask to be connected with another. Providers do the work, and you choose whether to hire them.
